Product Overview

About- This well-known heirloom can grow up to 14' tall and produce massive heads, typically 10-12" in diameter. The golden green centers and traditional yellow petals attract pollinators of all kinds and are sure to make a statement in your garden.

When and Where to Plant- Direct sow in the spring after the threat of frost has passed. Prefers  well draining soils and full sun. 

Care and Harvest- Harvest heads when they have reached maturity. Hang in a warm, well ventilated area, removing seeds once the head has dried completely.
