About- Fun and easy to grow year around, indoors and out. The tasty and attractive leaves will add a gourmet touch to your garnishing and flavoring. The leaves have a mild herbaceous flavor, making it a versatile herb to include in many recipes. Use it fresh or dried in soups, sauces or marinades.
When and Where to Plant- Start seeds indoors in 1" cell pots 6-8 weeks before last frost. Transplant out in a sunny location when all danger of frost has passed.
Care and Harvest- Water your Parsley during dry spells, and consider side-dressing with a compost or balanced fertilizer once or twice during the season. Harvest the outer leaves when the plant is fully established, and allow the inner leaves to continue growing. Use the leaves fresh or lay them out on a screen to dry.
