About- (Heirloom) This AAS winner is a very popular easy to grow variety. The beautiful round roots have deep red skin and crisp, white, firm flesh. Maintains good eating quality for several days.
When and Where to Plant- Plant 4-6 weeks before the last frost in spring or in late summer for a fall crop. Grow in full sun or partial shade. Prefers loose, fertile, well drained soil with a pH of 5.5 to 6.8
Care and Harvest- Harvest your radishes as they mature, usually within 25 to 30 days. Works well as a companion plant throughout the garden and helps to repel pests from other vegetables.
