Will filter dirtier water than screen filters or provide longer run time between cleaning, but not like that of a sand filter. Has ball valve for flushing but to really get them clean, remove bottom housing, loosen the disks and wash with hose. Will work in any position but best installed upright as shown (so flush valve is on bottom) and suspended on post allowing you to remove the bottom housing. Replacement Disk Sets in stock.
145 PSI max, 150 mesh. Outlet straight through or at 90 degree angle.
