Self Priming Pumps - 6.5 or 7 HP Engine

The Model 2P5X is our most popular pump it delivers up to 88 PSI and up to 125 GPM. 2 - 3 acres can be drip irrigated at one time. Common replacement parts for all these pumps in stock. Discharge port now rotates in 90o increments. There are two engine options: a 6.5 HP GX200 Honda Engine w/oil alert, or a 7 HP EX210 Robin Engine. The Robin engine Competes with Honda for quiet operation, easy starting, fuel efficiency, 1/2hp bigger for longer life and is less expensive.

Selecting a pump: Start with desired operating pressure (18psi for drip). Add 22 psi per 50' of rise (elevation). Add friction loss (Example: 1000' of 2" layflat @ 50gpm = 18psi).Add filter pressure loss: approx. 7psi. Example total = 65psi (Operating Pressure @ pump).
